Daily worship at Shree Atulitbaladham
- Morning Worship (6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.)
Every morning between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., Shree Panchamukha Hanuman is worshipped in accordance with the prescribed rituals. During this time, the Shree Panchamukha Hanumat Kavach is recited three times, and Shendur Charchan is offered at the lotus feet of Shree Hanuman. Bhagwan Kiratarudra and Mata Shivgangagauri are also worshipped in the prescribed manner, following which Naivedya is offered to all the deities.
- Midday Naivedya and Aarti (1:00 p.m.)
At 1:00 p.m., Naivedya is offered to Shree Hanuman, Bhagwan Kiratarudra, and Mata Shivgangagauri, followed by the Aarti, in which Shraddhavans may participate.
- Evening Naivedya and Aarti (7:45 p.m.)
Similarly, at 7:45 p.m., Naivedya is offered to Shree Hanuman, Bhagwan Kiratarudra, and Mata Shivgangagauri, followed by the evening Aarti. After the Aarti, the Shree Hanuman Chalisa, Shree Aniruddha Chalisa, and the Shree Gurukshetram Mantra are each recited once, in which all Shraddhavans may participate.
- Samantraka Poojan of the Digvijay Padukas (4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
Every evening from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Samantraka Poojan of the Digvijay Padukas is performed.
Special Weekly and Annual Programmes / Utsavs at Shree Atulitbaladham
In addition to the daily worship, the following special weekly and annual programmes/Utsavs are celebrated at Shree Atulitbaladham:
- Every Sunday at 9:30 a.m., the Ghorkashtoddharan Stotra is recited 108 times.
- Three times a year, on the occasions of Ashadhi Ekadashi, Shree Ram Navami, and Shree Vijayadashami, the Shree Ramraksha Stotra Mantra is recited 108 times.
- Every year, the following Utsavs are celebrated at Shree Atulitbaladham:
- Ashadhi Ekadashi (Foundation Day)
- Guru Pournima
- Aniruddha Pournima
- Hanuman Pournima, celebrated in the month of Chaitra
Every year, Shree Hanuman Pournima Utsav is celebrated in a deeply devotional ambience at Shree Atulitbaladham on Chaitra Shuddha Pournima. A special feature of this day-long celebration is the Panchakumbhabhishek performed on the murti of Shree Panchamukha Hanuman.
On this occasion, the sacred stone idol of Shree Hanuman, sculpted by Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu himself, is specially brought from Gurukul (Juinagar). It is ceremonially installed within a beautifully decorated sugarcane pavilion (makhar) and worshipped. Arrangements are also made for interested Shraddhavans to perform the Panchakumbhabhishek. Shraddhavans are given the opportunity to register for this sacred ritual through an online link approximately one month in advance. For those who are unable to be physically present, the Panchakumbhabhishek can be performed on their behalf under the Shraddhavan Poojan facility.
Throughout the day, the continuous chanting of Shree Hanuman's Mahamantra—“Om Shree Ramdootaya Hanumantaya Mahapranaya Mahabalaya Namo Namah”—takes place without interruption. In addition, the Sankatmochan Shree Hanuman Stotra and the Panchamukha Hanumat Kavacham are recited at regular intervals throughout the day. The celebrations conclude at 10:00 p.m.
Shree Trivikram Math at Atulitbaldham
On 16 May 2016, the Trivikram Spiritual Centre (Shree Trivikram Math) was inaugurated on the first floor of Shree Atulitbaladham in accordance with the divine Sankalpa of Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu. Shraddhavans may sit in the Math and perform Japa, recite Stotras, or engage in spiritual reading to attain stability and peace in life. As per the resolve by Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu, the spiritual significance of the Math is such that performing the Upasana, reciting a Stotra, or chanting a Mantra just once here is equivalent in spiritual merit to performing it fifty-four times
The Shree Trivikram Math opens daily at 8:00 a.m., when the morning worship is performed. Shraddhavans may also offer Pushpa Seva in the Math. The Math has been bestowed with the Siddha Padukas of Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu, upon which Shraddhavans may perform Abhishek with Sugandhit jal (holy fragrant water to be offered on the Padukas).
After the evening Aarti, the Math closes at approximately 8:00 p.m. Furthermore, in accordance with the Sankalpa of Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu, just as the Shree Ramrasayan Pathan Seva is performed every night at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram, Shraddhavans may also participate in night-long recitations at the Shree Trivikram Math during the Shubhankara and Ashubhanashini Navratri.
Shree Hanuman, our protector
Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu has explained to all Shraddhavans the importance of reciting the Shree Hanuman Chalisa in seeking the grace of Shree Hanuman. During Shree Gurucharan Maas (the sacred period from Vat Pournima to Guru Pournima) many Shraddhavans undertake the recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa as frequently as possible. In many places, the worship of Shree Hanuman is traditionally observed as a means of seeking protection from the adverse effects of Shani's Sade Sati (साडेसाती -the seven-and-a-half-year astrological period associated with Saturn). Such is the glory of Shree Hanuman that the Hanuman Chalisa declares:
भूत पिशाच निकट नहीं आवे, महावीर जब नाम सुनावे।
Bhoot Pishach Nikat Nahi Aavai, Mahavir Jab Naam Sunavai.
Ghosts and evil influences do not come near where the name of Mahavir Hanuman is invoked.
Shree Hanuman, whose glory is thus exalted, makes the lives of devotees of Bhagwan simple, beautiful, and joyful.
Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu also authored a remarkable series of 1,644 editorials in the daily Pratyaksha, an apolitical newspaper, on the Sundarkand, the section of Sant Tulsidas's Shree Ramcharitmanas that narrates the valour of Shree Hanuman. Through his discourses and writings, Bapu has repeatedly explained the importance of reciting the Sundarkand.
Shree Hanuman bestows every form of strength (physical, mental, and intellectual) upon Shraddhavans who aspire to walk the path of righteousness (Maryada Marg), transforming them into capable and competent Vanara soldiers in the service of Bhagwan. Shree Atulitbaladham offers Shraddhavans a precious opportunity to deepen their devotion to Shree Hanuman and to make His divine presence an active force in their lives.
