|| Hari Om || In the year 2011, our family was planning a visit to Kashmir. However, we felt slightly apprehensive thinking about the tense environment in that region. We went to Dr. Suchitdada’s clinic and my mother, Pratikshaveera sought Dada’s permission for our Kashmir Trip.As usual with his ever smiling face Dada said, “Please go ahead. Just do not be afraid.” He also added that if we went there, even the extremists would have to flee. Since all of us know about his light hearted nature, we laughed. However, at that point in time, we did not realize the deep meaning behind his words. We obtained his permission and stepped out.My parents, my wife and I reached Srinagar on May 24, 2011. || Hari Om || Looking back on the incident I am about to share, I say today that Yamraaj (God of Death) did come but my Sadguru kept him away.On 5th August 2010, there was a cloud burst in Leh-Ladakh. This had caused tremendous damage to life and property. I along with 12 other people, was in a lodge, barely 20-25 minutes from site.7 of us, employees of the Mumbai Port Trust, were returning to Chospa - our lodge in Leh-Ladakh after some sight-seeing. We were extremely tired and decided to go off to sleep as more sight-seeing was planned for the next day.
