|| Hari Om ||
When I started writing the Ram Naam book, I wrote three books in succession. I completed them on Wednesday and decided to open my account in the Ramnaam Bank on Thursday at Shree Hari Gurugram (the venue of the discourse).
On Wednesday, I prayed to Bapu, “Bapu, I have written these books sincerely, wholeheartedly and with faith. I am on the path shown by you, the path of truth, love and joy, I request you to bless me with your darshan either today (Wednesday) or tomorrow (Thursday) in person or in my dreams.”
Wednesday passed by. On Thursday, I opened my account in the Ramnaam Bank and was about to head to the third floor when a volunteer stopped me and greeted, ‘Hari Om Kaka’. I was surprised when the volunteer asked me to accompany him but I followed him.
….And to my greatest surprise, this volunteer took me straight to the hall where Bapu sits for the discourse and seated me right in the front row in front of Bapu. My Bapu is just so loving! I make a childish demand to Bapu and he fulfilled that too.
Bapu came for the discourse and blessed me with his darshan for nearly 2 hours! Truly, the Sadguru is loving, great, selfless, gracious, kind and ever forgiving. This Sadguru takes utmost care of His bhakta, understands the sentiments of each and every bhakta and accordingly gives him response. This is truly gurubhakta leela darshan.
‘Bhaav Tochi Dev, Jasa Bhaav Tasa Dev’
Chapter 14 of Shri Sai Satcharitra explains how the true intent of bhakti should be –
‘Bhavbhaktichi Shirapuri, Kitihi Kha Sada Apuri’
This clearly shows us that the love for the Sadguru can never be satiated. Then started my quest for writing more and more Ram Naam books.
This Aniruddharam takes care of his bhakta at every stage. According to the bhaktas capacity and capability he assigns a task for him. As for me he has given this easy option of writing Ram Naam books.
Dr Yogindrasinh has very aptly elucidated the greatness of the Ram Naam book in the daily Pratyaksha dated March 5, 2009 which says –
‘When we write the Ram Naam book, we offer ‘tridal bilvapatra’ (three leafed bel) to the Lord and at the same time we lovingly accept the fruit granted by Him.. While writing the Ram Naam book, we say Ram Naam, write Ram Naam and even see Ram Naam. We do the puja of Ram by using all three of our faculties of thought, action and vision. While writing the book, we firmly believe that the chanting of the name is the fruit of the name itself. The Ram Naam book is the easiest manner in which the Lord’s grace can enter our lives.’
Truly this Ramnaam book is the most precious gift given to us by our Bapu.
Mirabai in her bhajan, ‘Ram ratan dhan payo’ has lovingly told us the greatness of Ramnaam,
“Vastu amolik di mere Sadguru |
Kirpa kar apnayo ||
Payoji maine Ramratan dhan payo |”
I would also like to narrate another experience. By September 2007, I had completed 27 Ram Naam books. When I started the next book, my right hand started aching. My neck too was hurting and I could not even move it. Yes I was in pain but what hurt even more was, I could not write the Ram Naam book anymore.
I prayed to Bapu, "Bapu, I want to complete 151 books and I want to be blessed with your charansparsh." I knew for sure that Bapu would answer my prayers. I would be relieved of pain and I would be able to write the Ramnaam book again.
Meanwhile I started treatment under Dr. Kulkarni, an orthopaedic doctor and in about a month’s time, I had recovered fairly well and I could write the Ram Naam book again. Thereafter by Bapu’s grace there was no pain till I completed 151 books, i.e. until 21st August 2010.
This was a revelation to me that proved the lines in Aniruddhapaath – ‘Namacha Jo Jhala, Nami Jo Budala, Tyacha Rakhwala Aniruddha!’ (The one who gives in to the bhagavanta's name, the one who immerses Himself in it, has Aniruddha as his protector at all times.)
There can be no fear when my Sadguru Aniruddha is with me! A million salutations to my God, my Bapu!
