Once the Sadguru, our Bapu becomes for us 'the dearest, the most trusted and the closest of all', the One in whom rests our unconditional faith and we accept this fact with love, Bapu our Sadguru is ever willing and prompt to answer our call. The incident that I am about to share is one that etches this very truth in the mind. It all happened on 4th July 2009.
My elder brother had been seriously ill for two weeks and so we admitted him to the hospital at Narayangaon in Pune district. We decided to shift him to Pune because he showed no signs of recovery for one apart from compelling financial reasons. We then arranged to shift him in my uncle's Maruti van. He was to be transported with the drip but was not conscious.
About an hour later when we had driven around 40 km and were at Rajgurunagar, a Scorpio came racing on to us at a speed of about 80- 85 km/hour and zoomed off scraping the driver's side of our vehicle. The impact of the collision made our vehicle spin. It turned turtle 2 or 3 times and finally crashed on its side.
